One Lion Engineering Services wall fixing control panel suitable for controlling a submersible pump driven by a squirrel cage motor. The panel will be totally enclosed in an IP54 sheet steel wall mounted enclosure with a hinged door and removable gland plates.

Inside the enclosure on a suitable sheet steel base would be mounted the following components:-

• One T.P isolating switch mechanically interlocked with the enclosure door.
• Three HRC main fuses mounted in with drawable fuse holders.
• One T.P. main contactor.
• One T.P star contactor.
• One T.P delta contactor.

The star and delta contactors would be mechanically interlocked and the delta contactor would close under the control of:-

• One star delta timing relay.
• One T.P. thermal overload relay arranged for hand reset in the event of motor overload.
• One set of primary fuses.
• One 415/24 volt control circuit transformer complete with earth screen in accordance with BS 3535.
• One secondary fuse and neutral link.

The starter will be complete with the necessary terminals, designation labels, and interconnections.

In the door of the enclosure would be mounted:-

• One hand/off/auto selector switch.
• One pump running indicating lamp.
• One overload tripped indicating lamp.

The single pump control panel is designed to operate a pump on automatic control via two float stop/start switches mounted in the sump and working on 24 volts ac for safety. Should intrinsically safe float control be required then this can be provided at extra cost.
