One Lion Engineering Services wall fixing control panel suitable for controlling two submersible pumps each driven by a squirrel cage motor. The panel will be totally enclosed in an IP54 sheet steel wall mounted enclosure with a hinged door and removable gland plates.

Inside the enclosure on a suitable sheet steel base would be mounted the following components:-

• One T.P isolating switch mechanically interlocked with the enclosure door.
• Six HRC main fuses mounted in with drawable fuse holders.
• Two T.P. main contactors each complete with the necessary auxiliary contacts.
• Two T.P. thermal overload relays arranged for hand reset in the event of motor overload.
• One set of primary fuses.
• One 415/24 volt control circuit transformer complete with earth screen in accordance with BS 3535.
• One secondary fuse and neutral link.
• One auto changeover relay to alternate the duty pump after each operation.

The starter will be complete with the necessary terminals, designation labels, and interconnections.

In the door of the enclosure would be mounted:-

• Two hand/off/auto selector switches.
• Two pump running indicating lamps.
• Two overload tripped indicating lamps.

The dual pump control panel is designed to operate two pumps on duty/duty assist automatic control via three float switches, stop, duty start, standby start situated in the sump and working on 24 volts ac for safety. Should intrinsically safe float control be required then this can be provided at extra cost.
